Rainy Weekend

This weekend Adriane and I drove to Longview for her sister's high school graduation. We got there Thursday night, hung out Friday, and then Friday night we headed to the stadium for the ceremony. Commencement was outside, and we kept asking each other what would happen if it rained. Well Kristin (Adriane's sister) said the invocation and then as soon as she started walking back to her seat, there was a deluge. We were sitting at the very top so we ran to the press box to try and seek shelter from the rain. Well it turns out that a quarter of an inch of roof does not block the rain very well. So then we headed down for under the bleachers. As soon as we made it down it stopped raining and they decided to continue with graduation. We were all soaked to the bone, including Adriane's grandmother. The pictures are quite humorous. I'll have to get the before and afters from Adriane and post them.
